We book Heather-Rose, commercial makeup artist, for your manicure, hair styling and make over. Heather is a qualified beautician, theatrical and media hair stylist and makeup artist experienced in commercial work. She is the lead hair and makeup artist for EPS able to create a full range of hair styles and make over’s from day to high fashion.

You’ll arrive at the studio approx 2 hours prior to your shoot and you’ll be greeted with champagne and strawberries. Before going through to hair and makeup you’ll discuss your brief with Heather to ensure we create exactly the look you want.

Your hair and makeup will be applied in our large private models room where you can also dress and change in comfort.

When you’re ready you’ll go through to the photo sets. Edge Photographic Studio is one of the largest commercial studios in the region and has five dedicated sets including a full room set with French doors, a large white cove, black cove, brick and aluminium wall, so you’re guaranteed to get the shots you want. You’ll be photographed by one of our two full time professional photographers and, if required, you’ll be helped with artistic direction throughout your shoot .

You can change as often as you like to give your shoot a broad appeal and Heather-Rose stays with you during your shoot to ensure your hair and makeup stays looking just as good as it should with regular touch ups as necessary.

After your shoot we upload your images and, with you, we select your favourite images for retouching. You have a choice of three 15 inch prints or one 16 inch canvas and you have an option to include an album containing several images. All our retouching is done professionally in-house so you’re going to look every bit as good as you can imagine. With each image you choose as your favourites we’ll create several extra versions to include B&W’s and special effects etc. This takes a couple of days and when completed your finished images go online to your private gallery for your perusal and final selection.
